I am a member of the Sons of Amvets organization. One of the members is accusing me of stealing $900 from the organization over 1 year ago. I did not take the money, no cops were called to investigate, and there were 11 other members that had keys. He is saying while we were in the bar drunk one night I told him and another member that I stole the money. Now he is threating me with a civil suit or I have to resign my membership. Can he do this?
