this question is for my cousin he has gotton a charge of traviling to see a minor that was 17 years old he was 22 he was charged august 20and has been sent to prision
he has never had as much as a speeding ticket .now he has been sent to prision with a 21 month sentence he has to serve 85 % he pleaded guilty for the fact of traviling . is there anyway it can be appeled?he pleaded guilty cause the attorny told him to so he could get a plea bargin

He plead guilty. He admitted he did it. HE can't appeal and neither can you.
