i did not do it!
i only want a better life for me and my family left in cuba. i have a little girl, a mother, a brother, sisters and i send money every 3 months. i got so scared, i ran to another state. i am so scared. i want to clear my record and marry a wonderful american girl. what can i do? can i be deported or do i have amnesty? i am so scared. please, please help.

Neither.. you will serve your sentence and then go to a holding cell until the US is allowed to deport you. Generally, you will not be allowed back out onto the US streets again. That is, if you are found guilty.. the fact that you are running does not help. Marrying the USC will make no difference and just give her life problems she does not need.

You need to return to the state in question, give yourself up to the police and then fight the charge. If you are non guilty and freed, then marry.
