What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Oregon

My landlords are a couple whose home I live in and rent a room from. After three years, the woman wants to evict me for personal reasons I guess, but her partner does not want me to go and will not participate in any effort by her to evict me. Can she still file an eviction notice and throw me out?

You do understand that that she can give you proper notice to vacate if your month to month and if the other owner rescinds it all its going to do is make your life more miserable being caught in maybe a jealousy issue? Its sucky either way but it appears the best thing to do would be just to plan on finding another place to live You wrote >Can she still file an eviction notice and throw me out< she has to give to you proper notice to vacate that meets your states laws and your lease terms and if you refuse to vacate then she cannot just self help and toss you out , she would have to file with the courts for a eviction based on your being given proper notice to vacate and you did not and the courts are the one who would evict you.( don't let it go that far because if you do many landlords now pay search companies to find out if a applicant has had a landlord in the past take them to court and when they learn that a former landlord has had to do this they often use it as a reason to refuse to rent to someone since they figure if it happened once it could happen again and they don't want that to happen to them.
