I have been married for 17 years,my husband wants a divorce. I am out of a job, 62, and he has cut me off with no support. I need to fight this in Pennsylvania and I am in California. We have a prenuptual, which he had me sign 4 days before our wedding, without the advice of councel. He did not have much at the beginning but has gone up the ladder of success. He threw me out of our house when he started an affair with another woman. Help!!

If I were you, I would file for Divorce in CA. ASAP. CA is more flexible with the prenups then PA I think. You might want to post another question and title it to IAAL. He is a family law atty in CA and would know if the prenup in PA has any bearing on CA laws.
