My e2-visa expires in January and I must renew it. I've been going back to Germany to do this and really don't have the time to do this. My question is this. Is there anyway to change my E2-Visa to become a Permanent Resident Alien? If not can I just renew my visa here in the USA. If so how much more difficult will this be?
