I need to find out if I can personally file an Injunction to stop a foreclosure on acreage? The Land Co., Breached the Contract, committed Deceptive Trade Practice Acts, Bad Faith, Fraud, Forgery of an Executed Contract, Altered an Executed Contract, Negligence and should also be found for Punitive Damages. If I can file an Injunction to stop the foreclosure how do I go about that?
