What is the name of your state? Oklahoma
When I was divorced I had joint custody of 2 kids but she was the primary custodian.
Three years ago that changed and I am the primary custodian of my son and she is primary of my daughter. I have both kids for a week. Then they go to there moms for a week etc..
My ex has been divorced 2 times in the last 3 years. She had to go out of state and marry the 3rd husband because it hadn't been 6 months since her divorce from the second husband. While she was married to her 3rd husband she moved back in with her second husband for a month. Of course the kids were with her when this happened. She has moved to 4 different places during this time.
The kicker for me came last week when she called me and said she needed to bring the kids over to stay with me. Her soon to be ex was over at her house trying to get in the door and she had to call the cops. I have been re-married for over 3 years and have been in the same home. Would a judge not see the security they would have living with me in this case?

Thanks

No one can tell you what will happen of the chances of you gaining full custody.

However, my advice, if you were sitting in my office, would be the minute she pulls away from your home after dropping off both children, would be to file for a modification of custody based on the unstable environment at the home.
