bought a used vehicle yesterday the guy who sold it to me said that if anything happened in the next 2wks he would take care of it. well on the drive home the water pump went and the starter went. when i brought it to my mechanic they said the motor was junk - i called the guy back and he was willing to work with me - but now he is basically doing nothing. can i get my money back? or am i just stuck with a bad car?

When you had your mechanic look over the vehicle before purchasing the "as is" vehicle, what did your mechanic say? And in the written contract for the two week liability, how was it exactly worded?

You should really sue the mechanic who checked your car out before your purchased it. He really made a horrible assessment of the car you were thinking of purchasing.
