What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Colorado
In 2008 ex husband hit my car in a parking lot (I wasn't there) and someone witnessed him do it. He was going to attempt a hit and run but he has a scanner in his vehicle and heard the radio call to the officers so he went back to the scene where I pressed charges resulting in a permanent restraining order against him. The charges were domestic violence and criminal mischief.
I found out today that he is going to attempt to have those records sealed, but I would like to have a copy of them as the victim of the crime. Is that possible?
Thanks in advance.
