I would like to giveaway an Mp3 file of a song that I purchased. I am not charging for the music file, but I am selling a booklet. With the purchase of the booklet, I will include a complimentary copy of the Mp3. I will purchase as many Mp3's as I give away (I won't be making illegal copies of one purchased Mp3). If I do it this way, do I still need to ask for licensing permission?What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
