My legal guardian is forcing me to give my baby up for adoption. What rights do I have as a teenager to keep my baby? I want my child and my legal guardian says I either have to abort it or give it up for adoption, can I legally keep it? I live in Texas.

Your legal guardian can not force you to terminate the pregnancy or put the child up for adoption. If you refuse, what do you believe the consequences will be for you?
