Hi. So I had an Invisalign appointment and there was a downpayment of 998$ if I decided to proceed. The dentist had reviewed some payment plans and I agreed to do it through this site called Denefits. Where I’d just say 183$ instead of the 998, every month for a year. Along with the cost of the actual invisalign. Next day I was charged more than what he said I was, which caused an over draft fee on my account. I called the office next day and they said there’s a 10% interest, but he never told me about it. I then try to contact Denefits, the site he used, and there’s no way of getting a hold of them. At all. Can’t find much information on them either.

Point is, I have changed my mind and don’t want to move forward anymore. I would just like to pay the consultation fee. I did sign a paper that said I was responsible for the cost, but there was no indication that it is non-refundable or that it can’t be cancelled.

In other words, your contract doesn't allow for refunds or cancellation.
