IF NY allows wage attachments then YES by following ALL the correct steps you can levy against wages ....but merely asking won't cut it .

you can do it yourself if you follow the steps ...otherwise it might be 40% to some lawyer to do it for you . IF and that's a big IF, your award grants collection costs you might be able to tack on the collection fees ...but if it's not there..well it's not there .

I be done successful wage levies in NJ but not NY ...details differ. ...but I used NJ attorney who knows the state quirks.
