What is the name of your state? CA

I have some good ideeas that I want to sell here but the patent is in Europe.
Is that possible? Do I need a new patent for US before trying to sell it?
Thank you !

If the thing you want to sell is patented in Europe, but not patented in the U.S., then you could, in principle, sell it in the U.S. (assuming that there are no trademarks, copyrights, or other issues that might crop up). You will want to make absolutely sure that they don't have a U.S. patent, however. Further, you will not be able to obtain a patent on the thing in the U.S. because there is "prior art."

However, all of thisd is based on a post with virtually no information -- these are general statements that may or may not apply to your specific circumstance. You may want to talk with a local attorney, particularly one experienced in patents and intellectual property, who can review all of the fatcs of your particular situation and advise you accordingly.
