Can I sell this property?

What is the name of your state?Texas
I signed a quit-claim ,as part of a divorce, on a house.It has my name on the note only. My ex was going to keep the house and make payments. She can no longer make the payments.
Can I legally sell this house? One of the note holders says I can but they are not in Texas so I don't know if they know Texas laws.
