What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? PA

My cousin from out of state has moved abroad for indefinite period of time, leaving me his car and asking me to sell it. In our state one can sell a car without owner present if they have a signed title and he left me his title. So far no one has bought the car and it remains under his ownership. Little while ago I found out that he cancelled his insurance and inspection has just expired. So now I have this car on the parking lot, uninsured and without up-to-date inspection and I live in a condo and it's only matter of time untill someone raises a question about what does a vehicle with out-of-state license plate doing there. I asked my cousin to get his auto insurance back so that I could allow people to take it for a test drive but he claims it's OK to let people test drive it because they have insurance.

My question is can I have legal trouble because of his car and can I be fined? What are my options here. I really don't know what to do here and I don't want to put it under my name because then I will be responsible for putting in on my insurance and I really don't need that right now. What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

I think your brother left a loaf of a problem for you to deal with.

If the car is not insured, it can't be driven legally.

The car is not inspected, so it can even be PARKED legally...

Tell you brother to accept a low price or have it towed as scrap.

So if inspection is overdue we cannot even have it parked? What about if we move it to someone's private property?

You'd better make sure no one can see it. Or you could just get it inspected, it doesn't cost THAT much. You can't let anyone drive it without insurance.

To move the car, put it on a wheel trailer, or full trailer to the location being moved to.
