What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Arizona

I currently work in the billing department for a company that I just found out is under investigation by the U.S. Department of Justice and the U.S. Attorney’s Office in three states for billing irregularities. I myself have never knowingly done anything inappropriate.

Do I have a cause of action against the company for illegal conduct that has put me in jeopardy of potential legal repercussion from Federal authorities?

Thank you.

No.

You cannot sue for something that has not happened and may never happen.
