Can I sue the Maynard Police or the town

Of course you have no way of knowing what we think.

In fact, I am in direct opposition to your assertion above. Obviously there are bad judges, cops, prosecutors, etc., and I would like to nail one or two myself.

Anyway, I gave YOU correct advice even though you tried hijacking this thread.

I think that you should contact the Mass ACLU. It sounds like your civil rights have been violated. I also think that you should find an attorney in another town to take your case if they cannot. You can sue them since it is obvious that you were being harrassed and your rights were violated. The ACLU should be able to give you some insight. Also contact the FBI and see if they can begin some sort of investigation. This is what I would do if I were in your situation.
