What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Pennsylvania
The figures on the Settlement Statement do not match the figures on the mortgage statement for my first mortgage payment due August 1 concerning principal, interest, escrow. Total mortgage payment due is not the same amount as stated in the Settlement Statement and other documents of the executed contract. The Settlement Statement gives amount for each item. What do I do??? Thanks

Principal and interest are going to change with every statement. Escrow can change as well if taxes and/or insurance costs change. How different are the figures?

Take a look at your Truth in Lending statement. That needs to be exact. Perhaps the discrepancy is with the escrow?
