What is the name of your state? AR
Can a judge refuse contact on procedural matters to only to pro se litigants and NOT lawyers and make that "Court rule" but it is NOT a AR rule. ??? There was no en parte involved or any motions, clarifications, etc.. only a question to allow a minor change in procedures.. that did not impact case.

EG Lawyers can call the court but pro se cannot????
