What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California

Hello everyone,

I am working on a project for a course I am taking, and I need to know whether minors are allowed to represent themselves in administrative hearings. If they can or can't, I would aappreciate if you can provide any cases in which the court answered this question. I've spent hours searching Lexis for a case in which a court answered this question, but have found nothing.

Thanks in advance!
