Can Misdemeanor B (speeding more than 25 miles) impact my VISA status?, in my VISA stamping interview or in Port of Entry?

It was not DUI, just speeding. I have H1B.
I know, but my point was that if you by your action or inaction endanger the safety of a child in your care you are liable to be arrested.
When you said "I have to go for stamping interview", would this be the renewal of your H1B visa after the first 3 years?.
I agree with Quincy, see an immigration attorney because the rules have changed and your renewal for another, and your final 3 years is no longer automatic, and there are lots of new rules in place including contacting the employer who sponsored you and making sure that you still have a job with them.

Yes it's a renewal after the first 3 years.
What link you have forwarded, that is in the extension approval process, where USCIS toughen the process, which we realized and we had to forward lot of extra documentations etc. But My VISA extension application approved couple of months back.
Now, I need to do stamping if you go for a vacation/out of US. And that stamping request has to be done through my company itself.
