Hi, I am a Canadian Citizen living in Toronto, Ontario :D. I would like to move to NYC to live and work, permanently. I have an Aunt who married a US Citizen and has been living in NYC for many years with her husband and children. Is she able to sponsor me for US Citizen ship ;)? Do I fall under the "fourth preference" category?
