I am supposed to work 5 days a week, 8hrs a day. My boss has me stay late quite a bit on the first three days even up to 12 or 13 hours. He will then force me to leave early on the last two days so he doesn't have to pay me any overtime. Can he do this?

Of course he can... as long as he complies with any laws as to breaks, mealtimes, etc. (BTW, there is no requirement under South Carolina law for an employer to provide employees with breaks or a lunch period.)
