I have entered US in 1994 with my husband as a Tourist. After our visas expired we stayed here.Since we were wanting to become resident in 1996 we got divorce and married to our friends who wanted to help us. We applied for the interview but as it get close to it we came to a realisation that proceeding this any longer could get us in serious trouble so we did not show-up to interview. However, thinking that may help us in the future,we stayed married with them for two years. Finally,we got divorced in 1999.In the mean time in 1996 we have started our own company and fortunately have become very successful. As of today, we have a mid size corporation worth well over $250,000.We both have real SS# and pay our taxes every year just like an any other American Citizen.Since we have shown an intention to become an Immigrant once, we heard that we are not eligible for any Nonimmigrant visa anymore. We are affraid to go around and ask. Since we have never received a deportation notice we do not want to jeopardise our stability now. We also bought house on contract,we have car loans etc.too much to loose but most of all we really want to live in US. Can you help or advice us?Thanks.

This is too messy for any message board to help you with. Since you have the money, go to see a GOOD immigration attorney and tell them everything. There is a chance that your business will help you to stay if you are employing US citizens, but otherwise you would be deported.
