My wife and I are getting a divorce because I don't love her.
Now my wife is telling me that she wants to move out off town and keep me away from my daughter. I need to know how I can stop this from happening. I need to know if there are any lawyers of public deffenders that I can go to, that are free. She is trying to make me suffer because I won't love her. I have a hearing impairment and a physical disability. We dont have any thing together, what is mine I take and she takes what is hers.
Phoenix, Arizona.

My response:

Go to your nearest courthouse. At the Family Law filing window, ask the clerk for a list of Family law lawyers or Legal Aid agencies that are free or very low cost. I suggest that you move on this immediately.

Good luck.
