What is the name of your state? VA What "Permission to Publish" is? Court date July 11. Babys mom received the notice at her documented address (her moms house) but she is visiting family in CO. & I don't want this getting screwed on a technicality; like her saying she never got notice. Thanks!

Oh, she won't tell me WHERE in Co. she is ~ only "visiting" in Colorado Springs... so no address. That's why we're asking, trying to close all loopholes...
