What is the name of your state? KS

I ran across a tax warrant for someone who has moved out of KS. In 2003 there was an attempted serving of a tax warrant for tax year 1997. Sheriff's note said warrant couldn't be served- not able to locate address.

Knowing this guy & girlfriend have falsified documents before, I was suspious of the address they listed.

I confirmed with the county the listed address doesn't exist. All the houses on that side of the block were torn down in 1993 and bought by the school district for a parking lot for the school in that neighborhood.

I know approx. where they live, but not sure if KS has found they yet. As much as they move, I kinda doubt it.

If the State of Kansas tax revenue dept. would find out about the false address, could they take any kind of legal action against them?
