can they send me to prison?

What is the name of your state? mo.iam being charged with property damage they are wanting to give me 3 years in prison i have a public defender ive been in prison before for burgly stealing they have no proof of the property damage someone told them i did this what do i do?

Get a GOOD defense attorney.
Then, if you are in prison, make benefit of their GED program.

If this "someone" who said you did it actually saw you, then they DO have evidence.

And it must have been some property damage to possibly land you in prison for three years!
