If my husband to be cames to Canada and we got married here Can I go back to Al with him when he goes back. Or do I have to stay in Canada . If I have to stay here is it quicker to get back in has his wife, then his futher wife. I'm Have trouble with all the laws ... I hope you understand my question and can give me a answer too it .

No, you still may not enter as a visitor with the intention to immigrate. Even if you marry, that is not enough to let you in. Matter of fact, it is more reason for them to turn you back at the border. If you file as a married couple, it will be a wait of 6-9 months before you can move.

It is actually faster for getting in to go the fiance route. However, once here, you would have a longer wait for the Green Card. So, much depends on your priorities. As a fiance, you will have a period of 4-6 months before you can work.
