Need advice re cancelling of my H1B visa - leaving US for permanent residence in Canada - H1B expires 2002 - how/when do I cancel it, or is this process automatic?? I have the relevant IRS tax forms (departure of immigrant alien declaration etc), but can't find anything else. My employer is not very helpful. Thanks.
