What is the name of your state? Texas
My sisters have filed a suit against me saying I obtained POA for my Mother illegally. I have been informed that even though I have provided them with all the documentation they have requested, they now want to say I committed fraud in obtaining POA.
My question is; When I go to give my deposition to their attny, can they be present? I asked that they not be, because my older sister intimidates the heck out of me, but they are demanding that they be present to ask me questions alongside their attny.
Do I have any civil rights as far as demanding that they NOT be present?
Thank you for any suggestions or information you might be able to give at this time.

My response:

Nope. They have every right to be there. It's their lawsuit against you, not their attorney's. They have the right to assist in the prosecution of their lawsuit against you. They may not, however, disturb or impede the deposition by words or acts.

Where's your attorney?
