What is the name of your state? Massachusetts and Georgia

This is the scenario: Married in Massachusetts in 1998, separated in 1999 and haven't seen her since the day we separated. Mutually wanting divorced but lost touch and now I can't find her to divorce her. I now leave in Georgia, have been here since late 2000. We have no children or any assets.

What are the steps to a Divorce by Publication and can this be done with out a lawyer?

My response:

Sorry, we don't do "steps". We answer specific legal questions. However, you'll find your answer, and the "steps", in some very good legal books found at Barnes & Noble bookstore.
