What is the name of your state? CA

I worked for a large car dealer and I have question if the way we sold cars was legal or not.

1) is it legal to mark up any car $5,000.00 or higher without posting it on the vehicle?

2) Is it legal to pay out of the deal monies to customers for bringing in other customers?

3) Is it legal to raise points of interest so the customer has to pay more?

4) is it legal to move the monies around (so the dealership still get paid the same) and charge a customer 1 dollar for a warranty? So that way when they cancel the warranty there is no money to give back.
