What is the name of your state? WI

My dumbass took out a loan for a now ex and I am the main buyer on the loan, he is co-buyer. I have repeatedly asked him to get my name off and he took out an equity loan on his house to do so. He told me two weeks ago it would be paid off, it still isn't. The payment is now 16 days past due, doesn't hit my credit until it is 30 days past due.

What do I do? Go to his house and demand the truck? I dont have an extra key to it but it is every right mine since my name is all over it. Since I do not have a key do I have it towed and have one made, lol? Do I file something in court? What would I even file for something like this?

Is your name on the truck title or just on the truck loan?

To avoid a credit problem, you can make the loan payment.

Title and loan.

I plan on making a payment as it gets closer to 30 days because I am not having my credit screwed up.

If it is as much your truck as his, you can retrieve it. I would make the payment on the loan sooner rather than later, though, or else neither you nor your ex will have a truck if it is repossessed for nonpayment.

Ex husband or ex boyfriend. If ex boyfriend now you know how foolish it is to get financially involved with boyfriends.

Call up some repo companies and see what it takes to pick up the truck and deliver it to you. Keep in mind that he can do the same thing once you have the truck.
