What is the name of your state? Indiana
My ex fiance put a car in my name only on the title. When he wanted me to move out I took the car now he is suing me costing me thousands in attorney fees. He owned his home furniture etc. the only thing I had was the car now he eating up the value of the car in attny fees. Iguess my question is doesnt a title mean ownership? Thanks Tammy

My response:

Why do you need a attorney if the title is solely in your name?
