car ownership

in 1999 i helped my then 18yo daughter purchase a car. we agreed she would make all payments. since dec 00 she has made 1 payment. both names are on the purchase forms. she has a boyfriend who is a dope dealer & gang member. ibelieve this car is being used for deals in town. she is not working. i am working and need the car to get to work and home. if she wants to be sole owner of the car how can i relinquish my financial responsibility of this car? i am in alaska!

She re-finances the car in her name only (yer right) and you sign over the title.
