What is the name of your state? AL

I'll make this short. My neighbor got a title loan on her car a couple of years ago. She was unable to repay the loan and assumed that they would come repo the vehicle She cleaned it out and left it parked out of the way in her driveway. They never came for it and now she is getting ready to move and can not leave the car there. She was just going to drive it to the title place, but the tags are expired and the car will not start. I told her to just have it towed to the title place. She wants to know if there is anything else she can do? Can she make this place remove the car?

No, but she could call them and tell them where the vehicle is and for them to come get it because she's moving. Towing it to the title place would work too, they may not like it.. but they'd have the vehicle back.

Thanks. She's already let them know where the car is and told them to come get it. That didn't work. I guess she just doesn't want to pay to have it towed (We live quite a few miles from town).

You're right, she shouldn't have to pay the tow bill. It doesn't make any sense to me that they didn't repo it a long time ago. Oh well.
