I was working for cash and cut my arm with my saw. I filled a comp claim but my employer had no comp. My atterney filled for the uninsured fund. I'm receving dissability but i was wondering if I'm liabel to pay the state back if my employer says that i never worked for him.

How are you going to prove you worked for him since you were working for cash which is usually a sign of some sort of fraud?

Ask your attorney these quesitons, does he know you were working for cash? Did you report these earning on your income tax?

After my wife and I had our 3 child i got a vasectimy. 2 years later she is pregenant. We got checked and I'm fertil. He will do the procedure again but won't put me under. No insurance.... When it was originally done I felt everything on the right side as he did it. I told him I felt everything he was doing and and said is I jumped while he cut the tub Hum.. I dont have insurrance can't spell and no money for the pregnacy. Every body he should have to pay for the baby.. Any views to enlighten me on what to do.?

It' s all of the above..
I did tell him that I felt everything he was doing before he cut. The answer was I'm feeling the tuging. Then when he was cutting the rightside is when Ijumped not before he cut it was from the pain. But after that it was done so tuff. To answer the follow up was done with the tests and they came back negitive.. No swimmers.. Hope that helps with a little more info..
To hit the comp thing it was a side job just for eight hundred dollars. And yes I told him it was a cash job...No I didn't report it yet.. The thing is he told my atturney that I was his employee. And that he didn't have comp.. My atturney was going after the general for an advance. He didn't have the money so he asked the general for a little advance and the general wrote me a check..
