Caught not coming to a complete stop at a stop sign.

[PLEASE HELP 1]

I was caught not coming to a complete stop at a stop sign. This 3 way intersection is not a dangerous place and i had a totally clear view of both sides of traffic. I slowed and down to apporixmately 5 miles and hour but didn't completely stop. I got a ticket for failure to stop but i don't need any more points on my license. I'll pay any fine they want but i just can't get points cause the insurance here in new jersey is crazy and i got a speeding ticket a year ago already. Please help me. Can i plea baragin for no points or something? If i get points my dad is going to kill me. Again.

A Hollywood stop is a moving violation. Talk to the prosecutor to see if in fact there are points given for this type of violation. How many lives do you have and are you a member of the cat family?
