What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
Pennsylvania.
I am currently on a Occupational Limited License which I use only for school and work. Today on the way to school I was pulled over for speeding 47 in a 25. I traveled a new route due to road work on my normal route and was not aware of the speed limit. When the officer pulled up my license information it was also indicated that my license was suspended. Although it is suspended it is not for school, which is where I was traveling. I was nervous because this was the first time I ever got pulled over and forgot to show the officer my DL-15A form. He also did not ask for it. In the end I received a citation for speeding and driving while suspended.

My question is:

Should I state not guilty for both citations?

I'm more so worried about the drivers suspension. If I go into the preliminary hearing with my DL-15A, and school schedule will that be enough to prove me not guilty?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Definitely, plead not guilty on the DUS. You may wish to actually have a lawyer present. This is a serious charge. They can send you to jail.
You definitely will need to show that you had a OLL and you were operating within the restriction (school schedule, etc.. would help).

The speeding issue isn't so much of a concern unless it would lead to a suspension (tell me please that it was not a work zone).

Driving under suspension

I got pulled over on Monday of last week and thought that I had driving privileges, come to find out that they were expired, so now I have to go to court tomorrow and face charges of driving under suspension. What will happen to me???
