What is the name of your state?Florida
I recived a letter from the above CA stating that I owed sprintPCS $25.10.
At the same time they reported the debt to Equifax.
Due to the small amount I paid Cavarlry in full and sent them a Return recipt letter stating that this was a fraudaulent account and I requested validation.
I called them today and they stated that due to the fact that I paid the account It validated my debt.
Did I loose my right to validate by my payment?

Sorry, but you've got your processes all screwed up. You don't pay first then ask for validation. Once you pay it, you've admitted its yours and they don't have to send you anything.

Once you make a payment on a debt, you are validating that it is yours. Can even start the SOL over again.
