What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? ky but the company I am asking about is in california.Mobile solutions filed chapter 7 oct 2 2009 and in no longer in business.We had a third party sale thru them for t-mobile we cancelled and paid the fee to t-mobile.,but didnt think about the contract with mobile solutions. they sent us to a collection agency we had no contact or bill from this co until we recieved the letter 15 months later after they filed. My question is can they collect on a debt owed to them after filing to have any debt they owe disapear.
