CH 7 Bankruptcy

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CO but business is in MT. We have a contractor who still owe's us a written report on a study he's conducted. We've just found out that he may have filed for Ch. 7 Bankruptcy. My question is....Can we still ask him to provide the report and does he have to provide it?

Have to?? Depends on whether the business is still operating or not. It also depends on whether the report actually exists.
