1. When the landlord is notified of the filing, can they lock the doors and prevent trustee access to the computers and furnishings?
2. When I pull employees around to break news, are employees laid off immediately, am I allowed to use remaining funds to pay them up to that day?
3. Can I pay a retainer to the CPA to wind-down 08 taxes and determine tax liability?
