I would like a little bit of guidance if possible. Just to sum up this situation without to much of a lengthy post:
If my ex has main physical custody and I have joint legal custody with visitation three weekends a month, but she is sending them to me starting for the summer break, 2 weeks at a time (which is great) then will this help me out if I go back to court with her for shared custody? Also, will they take into consideration that my childrens'(2 girls) grades have dropped from A's and B's to C's and D's, and my youngest daughter was recommended for summer school last year and has been this year too (but my ex hasn't told me she signed her up for summer school, even though she has told me she plans to send the children to me for 2 weeks at a time in the summer) and last year when my ex did discuss it with me about summer school and we agreed she should, I later find out that she signed her up and then didn't send her. One more thing and I will quit, my oldest daughter has severe asthma and my ex took her off of her medication because she feels that she doesn't need it anymore (contrary to what the doctor says). What will the courts look at and what won't they? Thanks.
