I have court on Friday. My ex just emailed me about a meeting at our youngest sons school on Thursday in regards to the new school he will be attending next year. We live in different towns and this is the first I have heard about a new school.

Oldest son wants to live here. He has 1 more year of middle school. He is failing 2 classes and C's in the others.

Will the fact that youngest is having to change schools make dads argument of how traumatic it would be for the kids to change schools less of a factor? They are involved in our church youth group so they already know other kids where I live.

If the children are changing schools anyway, it shouldn't matter much if they change to go live with you.
