i live in oklahoma. i am having a baby boy in two weeks. i have changed my mind and i am scared to tell the parents. can their lawyers take me to court for the fees they have paid out.

Yes, they could. It would be up to the judge to decide if you should reimburse them.

Now, are you POSITIVE that you want to keep this child? Giving a child up for adoption for the right reasons (child would be better off etc etc) is not the "easy" way out as some would say. In fact it is very honorable and selfless.

Think long and hard if this is the best thing to do. Only you know.
