What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? IL

I recently opened up a line of credit that was used by a business to transfer a balance the business had before I joined the company. The company is now claiming Chapter 11 and claiming the credit card debt that is under my name on their report. I am now paying for the amount of cash that was transferred on to my name. What recourse do I have against the business, if any? No agreement was in writing, but the company was making payments on the debt for over a year before they stopped.

Can I make a claim that this amount is owed to me in the creditor's meeting?

Thanks
